This complete line is operated by advanced and independent PLC control
system interlinked with touch screen and alarm system, ensuring the system

This full line adopts servo motor to complete such stations as PVc forming
auto material feeding, detecting, PTP heat sealing, straps recovery, punch forming
leaflet folding and cartoning together with blisters auto straps detection and
rejection. It's also suitable for being connected with following processes

ensure safety and reliability to image detection system and guarantee of
products quality to maximum level.
The whole system can adjust its working speed automatically according to
output ratio and cartons filling requirements to cater for its optimum balance

resistance, no lubrication oil is required to ensure sanitary and simple maintenance
